Overview
Hobart House is rumoured to have originally been a Sea Captains' house. It has also been a Vicarage, a Doctors Surgery and a photographer's studio. Recently featured in two photo shoots, it represents a fine example of Edwardian architecture mixed with contemporary furnishings and fittings. This property would suit a large family, two families sharing, couples, mature groups and surfing groups.
Living
Living area is situated on the first floor and benefits from a balcony with sea views. Comfortably seating eight with two feather-filled sofas and two leather armchairs.
Flatscreen TV complete Sky and a DVD player, plus wireless internet access.
Kitchen
Beautiful dining kitchen is located on the first floor and comprises of an electric oven, touch control ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double Belfast Sink and washer/dryer. Large dining table with seating for eight.

Bedroom 1 - situated on the first floor, king-sized bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets and feature fireplace.
Bedroom 2 - situated on the second floor, sea views, zip & link bed that can be configured either as a king-sized bed or as two twin beds, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and sink.
Bedroom 3 - situated on the second floor, sea views, king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe with shelving, bedside cabinets and sink.
Bedroom 4 - town views, twin-beds, walk-in dressing area, chest of drawers, bedside table and feature fireplace.
Bedroom 5 / Children's day room - situated on the ground floor, double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Access to courtyard garden.

Bathroom 1 is situated on the first floor and comprises of a bath with shower over, walk in shower cubicle, wash basin and w.c.
Bathroom 2 is situated on the second floor and comprises of a bath with shower over, wash basin and w.c.

Local Area
Newquay to the modern day tourist is a truly inspiring Cornish town that in the past has built a reputation as the Countries premiere surfing capital and for very good reason with the rugged coastline enjoying the full brunt of Atlantic storms.
Of course today Newquay has somewhat transformed itself to become a more dynamic town still offering the perfect bucket and spade holiday but with a vast improvement of superb holiday accommodation matched equally with bigger and better attractions that cater for families even when the weather is not on our side!
Newquay town still retains a strong natural character with great shops to browse for Cornish goodies and a fantastic working harbor delivering fresh fish to the many superb restaurants. Indeed the culinary status of Cornwall has vastly improved with the introduction of famous chef’s opening their eateries along her coastline, Rick Stein & Jamie Oliver’s restaurants are only a short drive from Newquay town.
Today we see people from all walks of life visit, from serious ramblers to wildlife enthusiasts to families looking to enjoy the rolling countryside and the very finest beaches. Newquay Airport has really helped in opening transport links that now service a great range of UK cities making Cornwall even more accessible.
