Sitting/dining room is tastefully furnished with a 2 seater sofa, TV, Video, DVD, dining table and two chairs. French doors lead from the comfortable living dining room to an elevated patio to the rear.

Well equipped kitchen inc. Fridge, Microwave, Cooker, Washing Machine and all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Sleeping
1 double bed with double wardrobe and large chest of draws. Linen and towels provided.

Elevated patio to the rear, an ideal spot to relax or sip a cocktail, plus a patio at the front with views of the Gannel Estuary.

Situated 10 minutes from Newquay town centre, and boasts an excellent location. It is ideal to access the superb surrounding beaches and attractions as well as Newquay town centre with all it's facilities including fine restaurants, family pubs, play areas, beaches and attractions
Local Area
The Gannel Estuary is a firm expanse of sandy river bed exposed at low tide, great for walks to Crantock beach. In the summer months at high tide there is a passenger ferry which will take you across from the Fern Pit Café on Riverside Crescent, Pentire over to Crantock. Rich in rare species of plants and birds, the area around the Gannel is favoured by naturalists. Take a walk at dusk on a warm summer's evening, its a beautiful and mysterious experience.
